Boy, have we got a show for you folks. We’ve been silent for a good month, now, I know, but that only means what we’ve got to show is all the more spectacular. You’ll find we’ve crafted a new blog, and have a special anniversary update to celebrate the opening of the next year of this mod’s exploits.

Belated March Update

Hello, people!

Due to an angry letter we received from Electronic Arts, we are no longer allowed to use the name "Tiberian Dawn" for our mod. Apparently, Westwood did officially register it after all.

Always ready to please, we immediately changed our name, and since we didn't want to receive any more letters like that, we also didn't want to use the brand name "Command & Conquer".

This new wallpaper shows the rough draft of the mod's new logo:

Today we at Tiberian Dawn bring you two new pieces of concept art. That may not seem like much, but they are accompanied by some fairly lengthy essays on the subject of the Tiberium Universe. Specifically, one details our mod's stance on the Global Defense Initiative, while the other focuses on the nature of the First Tiberum War. January Update Blitz

The month of January is rapidly approaching its end, and since the New Year rang in, the Tiberian Dawn team has been pulling the lanyards hard and making ready to sail. Sail what, you ask? We’ve been preparing a boat-load of graphical updates for all of you to view. You’ll find a link to the updates below.

However, before you all become engrossed in the visuals, I’d like to announce something for those of you who haven’t already heard. For the second year in a row, we’ve managed to make it into the Top 100 of ModDB’s Mod of the Year Awards.
